Job Description :

Quest Group’s National Property Management team is recruiting a professional, friendly and hands-on Community Manager to join one of our client’s growing team in the Pittsburgh, PA area!!! Our multi-family property management client owns and manages numerous residential communities located across the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and profitability of the community assigned. Salary: $33k-$35k + commissions 


Benefits: Excellent benefits package


Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Saturdays as needed and for special events (MUST be flexible to work as needed outside of normal business hours for emergencies, etc.)


Location: Pittsburgh, PA





Responsibilities and Duties:



  • Rent Collections and Deposits.

  • Yardi input system

  • Marketing your property & maintaining occupancy

  • Property Management reporting

  • Tenant relations

  • Asset Management/Preserving quality of the property

  • Work order system

  • Rental applications

  • Other office duties as assigned by your supervisor & the management team. The focus of the property management team is to fill the existing vacancies, minimize delinquent accounts, and service the residents of our community. 


Required Qualifications :


  • Integrity is a MUST!

  • MUST have the ability to pass a criminal background check, credit check and drug test!

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Minimum of 4 years of previous Property Management experience preferred but not required

  • Bilingual a plus

  • Working knowledge of computers and computer software programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to work independently

  • Good organizational skills preferred

  • Communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Passion to work with people
